The main purpose of this meeting was concerned with resources presentation of Rompetrol and its plans of future work in Ukraine for the potential Ukrainian partners. Ukrainian delegation consisted of 30 persons among them were representatives of oil companies, mass media and Ligir company. Rompetrol presented to their Ukrainian guests, who are the specialists of Ukrainian oil market, their oil resources and also their expansion plan in Ukraine. Were discussed questions contains of partnership and different propositions. All delegates were accompanied by the marketing vice president Eric Kysh. Working process and accommodation of Ukrainian colleagues in Romania was organized by Rompetrol on the highest level. 
Short information about Rompetrol Company The main office of multinational oil company is situated in Amsterdam. Near 8000 specialists work there. The company conducts its activity on 3 continents and in 13 countries. The annual turnover of 2005 came to 5 billions USD. This is the first Romanian business which attained the world success. Company belongs to the 20 best European oil companies and services nearly 1 million of customers. Company owns one of the biggest PB Europe – Petromidia. Maximal nominal capacity :100,000 BOD (4.8 millions per year). This company also owns “Medya” port, which is situated 20 meters far from the oil terminal in Constantia which considered to be the most powerful port in Romania. Petrochemistry plant issue (Rompetrol Petrochemicals) consists 200,000 mt of ethylene per year (nowadays it is at the storehouses) and 100,000 mt of polyethylene and attendant production per year. New plans LPD and HPD start their work at the next year and their manufacture will grow up to the 300,000 mt per year. Rompetrol Group owns and operates with oil storehouses in France, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia with total capacity in 643,000 cubic meters and strategic positions in Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, Adriatic Sea and also at the Western and Eastern Coasts of Black Sea. Warehouses of Rompetrol wholesales provide Romanian market with more than 25 % of products, 3.5 % of French and 1.5 % of Spanish markets. Rompetrol Downstream has 100 ARS in Romania, 200 ARS with franchise program “Partner” in Romania (nowadays already 150 company works by this program), more than 44 ARS in Bulgaria, Albania and Georgia. Rompetrol opened in Romania its first mobile station “Rompetrol Express” and plans to operate with 300 similar stations to the end of 2006.
