On June, 16 of 2007 director of company «LIGIR-ETBS» Igor Velichko conducted presentation of firm standards for all employees of the company. The standards were developed by HR manager Barkhatova Tatyana. Firm standards, created on the basis of values of company «Ligir», above all, directed on upgrading work with clients and improvement of the mutual understanding in the company that helps to decide business tasks effectively. In basis of the firm standards - principles of simplification of work with clients and cooperating with colleagues and following interests of company. According to the company standards employees must follow the rules developed on the basis of corporate culture.
